Renew

When you release negative energy you move to a higher level of vibration. You actually renew your energy. This is happening all the time at different levels of intensity. 

Energy is always in motion, even if you are unable to detect the changes in the external world. Every time you renew you let go of a piece of the old you. This is a process we may continue as long as we are here in the third dimensional world.

There are many who choose not to renew themselves and remain in the same energy. That is their choice and we are not here to judge them. Focus on your growth and watch your world transform.
